Why not go with a $4000 system I see advertised on the TV
There is a reason they are $4000 and its not buying power. You get what you pay for. Make no mistake I'm not trying to poo poo the competition. If that's your budget it is absolutely better than nothing.
Solar is an investment. It's hard to place an exact % on the investment as it is proportional to the amount of power you will save. Also with those savings you may find other investment opportunities which ultimately increases the total %. But most of the proposals we put out calculate a return of between 20-30%. Saying this these returns are not going to be achieved if your money maker won't last the distance and that comes down to the quality of the products you install and the way those products are installed.
You need confidence in what you are installing. Ensuring you're getting a system from a company who is in it for the long haul not a ‘Here Today Gone Tomorrow’ company gives you the security they are going to provide you with a product which will last.
Solar is safe but If installed incorrectly it can be catastrophic. In a domestic situation you can have cables with up to 600 Volts DC and commercial voltages potentially higher. If installed correctly the risks are diminished. I would rather drive a car knowing all the bolts are tight not half.
Not one solar system fits all. All you may require is a 6.6KW system. However, there is often advantages to going bigger depending on your circumstances. By providing customised proposals for each system we can meet your SPECIFIC needs.
